The Orange Social Venture Prize (OSVP). Orange.
• Entrepreneurial projects that use tech to address social and environmental challenges. Especially encouraging projects that use AI, data, or cybersecurity.

• Young entrepreneurs, founders, or co-founders of startups that have been operating for less than five years.

Keystone Grants. Save Our Seas Foundation.

New organizations distributing proven poverty solutions. D-Prize.

• Does not support organizations that have more than 18 months of full-time operations, or raised more than $30k in outside funding.
• First-time entrepreneurs who have not yet launched or raised outside funding.

• Bold, original essays that offer specific, actionable proposals to address some of Africa’s most pressing challenges.
• Priority areas: 1) Climate change resilience, 2) Economic empowerment, 3) Healthcare systems, 4) Education, 5) Digital transformation, 6) Gender equality and 7) Peace and security.
• Individuals.
• Africa.
• $5k, shared among up to 3 winners.
• June 14, 2026.

Partial Grant Financing for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency tech. Uganda Institute of Banking and Financial Services.
• Supports demand – side SMEs to improve their access to finance for investment in Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency technologies through technical assistance, bankable proposal development, and linkage to RE/EE financing.
• SMEs, social considerations such as gender issues are critical as women-owned, or women led SMEs (at least 20% females in key leadership) as well as SMEs with integration / ownership by People with Disabilities are encouraged to apply.
• Uganda.
• Capital investment for the desired RE/ EE asset financed up to 50% through the partial grant while the rest of the investment is to be raised by the SMEs through credit applications to financial institutions or own financing. The grant has a maximum cap contribution of ~$13,525 (UGX 50 million).

HelpMum HealthCare Hackathon. HelpMum.
• Innovative projects that address critical challenges faced by Nigerian mothers and infants, spanning maternal care, newborn health, nutrition, and beyond.
• Applicant must be 18 years and not older than 35 years.
• Open to anyone including researchers, innovators, entrepreneurs, new graduates and everyone in the tech community with proficiency in software development and AI.

• Up to ~$3,614 (₦5m) prizes.
