What’s your New Year’s Resolution? We’re less than 10 days into the year…. And how many times have you heard that already?
Blah - Blah - Blah. It’s an overused term, no? This resolution.
Doesn’t everyone want to commit to going to the gym more? Doesn’t everyone want to be more attentive to their partner? Call their mother more often? Attain a promotion at work? Be happier? Raise millions of dollars at their company?
As constantly showcased in business (yes, we’re going to use another overused term to make our point here) the key behind making and attaining any GOAL is to make it a “SMART” Goal.
S - Specific
M - Measurable
A - Attainable
R - Realistic
T - On a timeline
So… what do you think? Are you more likely to achieve your goal if it is:
